We aim is to dispatch any goods that have been paid for within 1-3 working days. This may vary during event sales or promotions, or due to any unforeseen circumstances.
Your goods will be sent via courier (e.g. DHL/DX/Hermes), usually on a 24-48hr service. However we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier, especially during their busier periods. Deliveires to Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer.
Delivery to UK mainland addresses are charged at £2.95 (up to 2kg) or £6.95 (up to 30kg) respectively. Any total purchase to the value of £75 or greater will be entitled to FREE delivery to UK mainland addresses.
Delivery to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highland areas are charged at £8.95 (up to 30kg)
Delivery to Southern Ireland is available at checkout, charged at £14.95 (up to 30kg). Please bare in mind that this will be subject to vat and import duties (payable via the courier, your end), as the UK is no longer part of the EU. This may also cause delays in your parcel arriving.

Please make sure you accurately fill in your address, email and phone number when placing your order to avoid any delays. Ensuring your email address and phone number are accurate will mean you can easily keep track of your parcel. Please keep an eye on your tracking information, and contact us immediately if you have a problem.
If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will rectify any issues in the best/quickest way possible. We may ask for images of damages.
If, when your goods arrive, you decide they are not suitable and you would like to return them, please contact us within 14 days. You must then return all the items within 14 days of your notification to us. Goods must be returned in the condition they were sent (unopened and unused) including any triggers, packaging and free gifts you received.
We recommend using a tracked, signed for and fully insured delivery when sending items back to us. We cannot be held responsible for damages or losses caused when sending goods back to us. The return postage cost will need to be paid for by you, and is not refundable.
In the unlikely event that any goods you receive are defective or faulty, we will endeavour to rectify the issues as soon as possible by way of a refund or replacement. Again we may request images and/or return of the faulty items.
Please note that all returns must be authorised by email, and any returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip supplied in your delivery.
